消失模铸造离不开涂料的使用,涂料可以防预很多种的消失模铸造缺陷,而且优良涂料还能提升铸件的质量,确定铸造速率,但是在实际生产中,经常会出现涂料起泡的情况,那消失模涂料起泡是什么原因呢?据分析,主要原因如下:
Lost foam casting cannot be separated from the use of coatings. Coatings can prevent many types of defects in lost foam casting, and excellent coatings can also improve the quality of castings and determine the casting rate. However, in actual production, coating blistering often occurs. What is the reason for the blistering of lost foam casting coatings? According to analysis, the main reasons are as follows:
1、在配制水基涂料的组分中,石英粉作为涂料的粉料,其颗粒尺寸及颗粒分布状况对涂料性能的影响,虽然没有系统的研讨,但一般说来,粉料的颗粒越细则涂料的悬浮稳定性越好,涂层的烧结性能也会好。可是,粉料越细,则所需的粘结剂越多,涂料中水分的含量就会越高。这不仅降低了涂层的高温透气性,而且严重影响了涂州苗木 保定通风管道 丝网立柱模具 尼龙输送带 保定空压机 高碑店养老院层在干燥时的透气性。涂层需要蒸发的水分,因涂层本身透气性降低,使涂层底部干燥时产生的水蒸气不能顶破涂层的张力及时排出,增加了起泡的可能性。

However, the finer the powder, the more adhesive required, and the higher the moisture content in the coating. This not only reduces the high-temperature breathability of the coating, but also seriously affects the breathability of the coating during drying. The moisture that needs to evaporate from the coating is reduced due to the reduced permeability of the coating itself, which prevents the water vapor generated when the bottom of the coating is dry from breaking the tension of the coating and being discharged in a timely manner, increasing the possibility of foaming.
2、在涂料组分中,悬浮剂种类、加入量对涂料在搅拌过程中的起泡性有很大影响,膨润土类的悬浮剂对涂料的起泡性大于其它粘土类。膨润土含量过高时往往使涂料中气泡沫细小分散,不易聚集上浮。塑料模样在浸涂时比刷涂、喷涂剪切速率小,涂料粘度降低少,涂料中细小分散的气泡沫没有排出而保存在涂层中。借着干燥时的温度,分散细小的气泡沫发生体积膨胀相互贯通,增加了起泡的可能性。
2. In the coating components, the type and amount of suspending agent have a significant impact on the foaming ability of the coating during the mixing process. Bentonite type suspending agents have a greater foaming ability on the coating than other clay types. When the content of bentonite is too high, the gas foam in the paint is often fine and dispersed, and it is not easy to gather and float. When the plastic pattern is dipped, the shear rate is lower than that of brush coating and spray coating, the viscosity of the coating is reduced less, and the fine dispersed air foam in the coating is not discharged but stored in the coating. With the temperature during drying, the volume of dispersed fine bubbles expands and connects with each other, increasing the possibility of foaming.
