The solidification characteristics of lost foam casting parts are as follows:
一、消失模机床铸件的冷却凝固速度慢,慢于普通砂型铸造。
1、 The cooling and solidification speed of lost foam machine tool castings is slower than that of ordinary sand mold casting.
二、消失模铸造在负压下浇注,铸型钢性好,浇注铸铁件不会出现涨体,铸件自补缩能力不错,减少铸件的出现缩孔倾向。
2、 Lost foam casting is poured under negative pressure, with good mold steel properties and no swelling during casting of cast iron. The casting has good self feeding ability and reduces the tendency of shrinkage cavities in the casting.
三、消失模铸造机床铸件冷却速度慢,铸件受铸型阻力小,小于粘土砂铸型铸造,所以铸件形成应力小,热烈倾向小。
3、 The cooling speed of the lost foam casting machine tool castings is slow, and the resistance of the castings to the mold is small, which is smaller than that of the clay sand mold casting. Therefore, the formation stress of the castings is small, and the tendency to heat is small.

These materials are the backbone of the coating, and their heat resistance, strength, and performance are determined to avoid defects such as sand sticking and burrs, and to obtain a smooth surface. Fire resistant materials are generally ceramic powders, and the choice of type depends on the type of pouring metal, pouring temperature, part thickness, and the performance of molding sand. To achieve optimal results, you can choose to mix powders of the same fire-resistant material with different particle sizes, or several different types of ceramic powders with different particle shapes and sizes.
消失模铸造件铸造过程中要用到各种铸造原材料,其中重要的为模型材料,铸造涂料和干砂。模型材料通常称之为珠粒,铸造上采用的珠粒一般分为两种类型,即聚苯乙烯珠粒和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯珠粒,二者都属于高分子材料。另外还有一种PS+PMMA的聚合物。
